More than 400 elected local officials and business and community leaders registered for a virtual discussion on June 23, 2021 focused on how best to invest the one-time money being provided to local units of government under the American Rescue Plan Act. Their concerns, vision, priorities and sense of urgency energized a fascinating series of discussions and exchange of ideas.
